Hotel Policy 


Non-Smoking - We are a non-smoking hotel (ashtrays can be provided upon request for balcony rooms only) Guests who do not follow our policy will be asked to leave and charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.

Check In time – 2pm (If rooms are available you may request an early check-in. 10 pm is latest check in time )

Check Out Time – 11am (Please contact the front desk for a late check out. Guests who fail to let us know will be charged a late fee up to half the daily rate.)

Candles- No Candles allowed.

Reservations – Guaranteed reservations will be held until 4:00 pm on the day of reservation

Valet Parking - $20 a night per car

Reservation Cancellations – Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date. If you fail to do so you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. All reservations will be guaranteed on the day of reservation by your credit card. A no show will result in your credit card being billed for the entire reservation amount and tax.

Damages/ Missing Items – Any damaged or missing items in guest rooms will be the responsibility of the registered guest. Credit card of registered guest will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

Credit Card/Cash payments–Guests can pay in cash upon arrival but a credit card will be required to reserve the room

Balcony Rooms – Enjoy, with safety in mind.

Room Windows - Are secured closed for your safety. Climate control will always keep you comfortable.

Pets – No pets allowed.
